"I have no complaints! The staff was really nice and welcoming. The room looked great. The bed was so comfortable. The smell in the hotel was amazing!!! The only thing I would say is the continental breakfast was 👎. I only was going for coffee anyway but there was very very limited selections for people who do actually take advantage of the breakfast. Other then that, I have no complaints!"

"Loved how close it was to the stadium and restaurants. We didn’t really need an uber or Lyft because everything we needed was within walking distance. I would stay again without hesitation. The staff went above and beyond as well."

"This is a great place to stay if you're going to visit the museums, it is centrally located and you can walk everywhere even to the Warf. The breakfast might seem expensive but overall, it was worth it not having to go to Mc Donalds. "

"The location was incredible, situated right on the wharf. Excellent restaurants, entertainment and an amazing view were right outside. The location was also in walking distance to many attractions such as the Jefferson Memorial. The one downside was there was no swimming pool which my kids were looking forward to."

"The hotel is conveniently located by The Wharf, with plenty of restaurants nearby. It offers complimentary breakfast, and the rooms are cleaned daily. You can walk to the Tidal Basin in about 20 minutes."

"Not only is the room way smaller than the photos, which is saying something, walls are paper thin, there’s not only no coffee in the rooms or microwave, you have to buy coffee and go to the basement to use a microwave. With how expensive this place is, the fact that there are no amenities and they charge for everything is crazy."

"Cleaning stuff does not know how to clean properly and even after requesting cleaning repeatedly they would not clean the room properly or at all. In some cases the toilet flush had an issue from day one and in a 9-day stay they could not get it fixed. So stop at breakfast was quite rude as well. Only redeeming value was when complaint they did offer in the last two days to switch your new room, but at that point there's no value in us switching to in your room. So if you do take up that offer."

"The breakfast was a wonderful variety of hot and cold choices, much more than the "continental" as stated. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Staff were very accommodating, as we arrived mid-morning and that got us into a room. There are multiple restaurants within a easy walk. The area was clean and felt very safe. The metro station is about a 15-20 minute walk. The hotel does have a shuttle to metro, but we enjoyed the walk so didn't use it."
