Hi, My overall stay was superb. Staff members were having smiling face. Breakfast could have been better and bed was a bit uncomfortable. Last day after check out they allowed me to put the luggage in the hotel for free. Loved Szczecin because of staying here. Everything was well connected and closer to the hotel.

Comfortable and quiet. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Approx 1 km walking distance from the main station. It was easy to find.

Probably dirtiest hotel i have ever been. Stains on carpets, dirty towels, bathroom covered in mould. Looks like hote is used to accommodate homeless people. No panel for air conditioning, smell off cigarettes from other rooms even if smoking is not allowed in hotel. It should have one star not 2. Never again !

Disappointing

Probably my worst stay in a hotel chain. It started with a bad smell in reception, I had to use a phone light to find the card holder in the room. My double bed was actually a fold up single. The decor was tired, a broken electric socket, dirty light switch and socket. Loose tiles in the bathroom although it did seem clean. The only good thing was a glass bottle of water in the room although it was rather hard water

Overall decent value for money at the hotel, but room 503 needs some attention - the entry door is not closing / locking unless you push it hard, the hallway carpet needs proper cleaning and stains removal, the toilet seat is loose.

Bei der Unterkunft war das Zimmer Ausstattung gut, sauber und ruhig. Leider gibt es auch negative Beurteilungen das Telefon war defekt, die Tv Fernbedienung war ebenfalls defekt, das Frühstück war sehr ernüchternde.
