"The breakfast was rated as "great" on the hotels.com app but turned out to be lacking. The menu has no protein options of any kind and is full of cheap carbohydrates. This alone could have been the reason I would have booked a different hotel if I'd known ahead of time."

"The room smelled like sewage from the shower curtain and drain. There were cracks and holes in the dry wall. We have stayed here so many times and this was the most expensive and worst experiences at the craftsman’s after all of these years."

Randolph Hotel Liverpool/Syracuse/Airport West, Trademark
"Pet fee was extremely high, almost the price of what I paid for the room anyway. Pool was not available for use. Room a/c was not functional, we were hot all night long. Breakfast was average but was nice to have. Would be a nice place to stay if these issues were addressed."

"Friendly staff nice clean rule a little dated but a good value for the rate charge. Excellent hotel for a quick In-N-Out for Business breakfast was doable parking very convenient."
