"Our room was spacious as they upgraded us from a twin to the family room. The front office manager was super friendly & helpful. If you’re heading to the harbour it’s in a great location but the room/s we had smelled of domestos & the bedding also had a funky odour."

"What a great find! We absolutely love this hotel! It’s my new favourite. The staff are all exceptional - really really lovely friendly warm people - sympatica! Thank you all for making our stay brilliant. I travelled with my disabled mum and the disabled facilities were excellent, we had the most help I’ve had anywhere in the world. The decor and amenities are bright, fresh and a lovely surprise. Honestly though - amazing job on recruitment, nicest, funnest and most attractive bunch of staff I’ve ever experienced in a hotel.
