The amenities advertised to not exist (spa, shared kitchen). Owner/Manager was rude when we raised it with him, and accused us of being racist when we said we had complaints about the accommodation - we never said anything about him personally, so no idea how we were being racist?). No staff on site most of the time, no dining options and not as close to stores/town as suggested (website says it's 400m away from a Supermarket - it's closer to 2km). This hotel is actually the same as the 'La Maison Guest House' next door, it's run as one. Not worth the $250 a night we paid, we even left halfway through and went to another hotel, The Carrington, losing $500 (which I will attempt to get back). DO NOT STAY HERE. STAY AT THE CARRINGTON!

Basic Accommodation.

Basic accommodation. Basically a upscale backpacker dorm with half decent ensuite. No fridge in room which was very basic and small. Managed by neighbouring motel which explains some of the photos which are not on the premises eg spa (which was not operational anyway). Would not recommend.

Moved us from our booked accommodation with notice, New accommodation was not suitable so they moved us again. In a virtually empty hotel they then put people in an adjoining room with proved the walls to have no sound insulation. Had to ask the other guests to speak lower which they did, thank you guests. Internet was terrible dropped out continually, no chance to stream or communicate using video. Never again at this accommodation

The unique part of the whole experience was the fact that I was charged $30 more then the price at the time of the booking. Then when the agreed price was discussed. I was asked by the owner how am I supposed to survive if I charge you that price. Needless to say we won’t be returning.

Good value for a single night

Room was clean and had a new carpet, bed was comfortable, shower was hot and the location was quiet. A basic breakfast was included and was more than sufficient to kick off the day's activities. The room and bathroom were both quite small but I didn't need more for a single night. Only gripes were that the door handle to the bathroom was broken and quite a sharp screw had to be used to open the door. The shower could also benefit from a basic tray or soap holder for toiletries. Overall, it was a good experience and good value.

Leuk hotelletje dicht bij three sisters

We kregen een upgrade naar La Maison Boutique Hotel omdat Belgravia Mountain Guest House geschilderd werd. De nieuwe kamer was goed, alleen de ramen zaten vol met spinnenweb en waren erg vies. Het hotel ligt op een paar minuten afstand van de three sisters en 15min lopen vanuit het dorpje Katoomba.

Unfortunately some of the cleaning staff were not on so the check in was delayed by an hour and a half. The staff that were there were very apologetic and sincere.

Mountain therapy

Hotel staff was super friendly and helpful. We were so close to 3 sisters view point and lots of walking paths which made exploring easy. The hotel is not a far walk from town and also on the hop on bus route. The rooms are clean and there is a relaxing atmosphere everywhere

Belgravia Guest House was clean and quiet; suitable for an overnight business trip. Plenty of parking at the property. Staff were helpful, ensuring a late check in was hassle free. If you are looking for a romantic getaway, look elsewhere.

A nice trip away

The check-in was great, very friendly staff. There are lots of facilities to use at the hotel, but you are so close to some amazing sites you are better off heading on walks and enjoying the scenery. The only small problem were the beds were a bit tough and the walls paper thin, we could hear everything going on in the next room so was hard to sleep. But with that said, for this price you can't complain!
