"Hotel room is new and clean, AC works great. It comes with kitchen so you can cook in the hotel room if you don't feel like eating out, perfect for family with babies. There's a supermarket within walkable distance. Reminder to have dinnerwares ready as the room doesn't provide any. Overall a great hotel to stay at."

"This hotel is absolutely beautiful. The rooms are clean, have good accomodations and products. They leave water for you every day, one bottle per person. The AC is perfect, which really matters in the hot humid June July Madrid weather. They have a nice coffee machine and tea kettle, plus snacks/drinks for purchase. "This is the first time in 25 years I stayed in a hostel. It far exceeded my expectations. I started in a 4 person so female dorm. Or bathroom was clean. The staff was super friendly. I had their breakfast one morning which was better nice. It includes Selection of meat, cheese, bread, fruit, yogurt, juice, eggs and two coffee machines. The lobby is very trendy and conducive to hanging out. It was a very enjoyable stay and I would recommend it. I was having alone. "

"This was a great hotel. Quiet, clean and comfortable. Big, comfy bed and window overlooking the inner terrace. Within walking distance to the Prado and Plaza Major. Would stay here again and highly recommend. "

"I loved my stay. The place is clean, cute, and very chill. Only issue is the beds are soooo loud and clunky. They’re metal frames so they’re so loud especially when you’re in a 12 bunk, all I heard is scrapping, creeping, and jamming the drawers cause they scrap so much! Aside from that the staff was great, and I didn’t have any other issues."

"We had been traveling for nearly 36 hours and we arrived well before our check in time, but the staff at the front desk worked with us to make our stay wonderful. The rooms were exceptionally clean and the black out curtains were perfect for helping us fight the jet lag. We had the Spidy Man apartment! "
