Beautifully located hotel, close to the beach (a few minutes), with very friendly service and a nicely renovated lobby and reception area. The rooms however are quite old and need renovation, bed was really old and uncomfortable, bath room also old. You can almost feel the old times in the corridors... However the nice service and rather good breakfast make up for it.

Ok, but but a bit dull inside.

Hello, in response to your service request: It would be nice if the information at the hotel also included the English language. It was difficult to understand what services were offered. Preferably better English among the staff. No one greeted you when you entered or left the hotel, could have been more welcoming. The breakfast was very nice and offered a lot. No change of towels during several days and we got no cleaning the second day at all, could have been better. Balcony with others. High seeling. The beds was hard, not comfortable.

Wenn mit dem Auto da ist, ist alles super zu erreichen und damit sehr empfehlenswert. Auch das Frühstück war sehr gut, allerdings mussten wir einmal auf einen Tisch warten zur Stoßzeit. Das Wasser im Pool könnte es etwas wärmer sein. Es war alles sauber und die Zimmer schon groß und gut eingerichtet. Wir kommen definitiv wieder

War im großen und ganzen inordnung,außer das wir nicht das Zimmer so wie gebucht hatten .Das dritte Bett war kein Bett sondern eine Klappcouch und wir hatten auch kein Deluxebett.

Sehr schöne Hotel Anlage mit vielen Zimmern und gutem Service. Zimmer sind Neu und sehr sauber. Frühstück Buffet mit großen Auswahl und sehr leckeren Essen. Ich werde das Hotel jedem empfehlen der nach Swinemünde fährt und Urlaub machen will. Für mich steht das Hotel auf dem ersten Platz um wieder einen schönen Urlaub in Swinemünde zu verbringen.
