"First, you can't check in till 5pm. Second, the shower is small and slippery when wet. When I mentioned that I'd nearly fallen twice and it needed a non-slip mat, I was told can't be done as this would be an admission that there is a problem. Plus, the light in the bathroom is on a motion sensor timer and kept cutting out leaving me in the shower, in the dark. "A/c unit not working in the room. Room changed, however the a/c unit is noisy - wakes you up in the night. If you don’t have it on then it’s too cold. Breakfast was ok, wouldn’t recommend the cheese, had been sitting for hours and sweating and looked unappetising. Please be aware you need to pay additional for parking. Also they will charge you for an upgrade, 1st time I’ve had to pay for an upgraded room. Rooms are only cleaned if requested. Looks like they are calling back and made this a...
