"Breakfast and dinner were perfect, the room was very comfortable and clean, and the staff were very polite and helpful. The only issue is the swimming pool, which has reserved times for other people (such as classes), and we are not allowed to use it during those periods. This was not made clear at the time of booking."

"The rooms were nice and clean, hotel staff were polite and helpful. They have a new booking system which caused a minor delay but was only an extra couple of minutes. Noise wasn't an issue, neither was parking. The only down side was only 1 lift was working, which was an issue on Sunday morning. Would happily stay again. "

"Had to get out of bed, get dressed, pack up & find somewhere else to stay as ‘this is a nightclub’ was explained as we left for an alternative, that really was a hotel. May be different whenever the nightclub isn’t open, but noise also came from the next door club & smokers in the yard, which was on the back of the property, through only old sash windows, which didn’t prevent any noise. Bed/mattress was soft & old, floors outside & upstairs creaked loudly, and the tipsy revellers passing our room to theirs, were loud & obnoxious, when asked to be less noisey. Big mistake/never in 35 years of travelling have I checked out of a property at midnight, after securing an alternative. Will seem full compensation, via Expedia. "
