"Decent hotel not too far from AMM airport. Hotel front door downstairs is not easy to find when you first arrive so it is on the right side of building. I parked in a dirt parking lot down the right side of hotel. No elevator so be prepared to take your luggage up a couple flights of stairs. We rented a family room with a balcony but door was locked with a key they couldn’t find so we couldn’t use balcony. Loud prayer speaker outside windows. "They gave us all only 1 towel each. When we asked for more towels, they told us they don't give out more towels because people steal them. We asked them for soap and tissues because they gave us the leftovers of the guests before us, and they didn't seem too happy to do it. Checkout online says 10:00 but they wanted us to leave at 9 because they said other guests are coming and might arrive while we are still there. So weird and rude! "The hotel is beautiful and the views are gorgeous. The pools are all nice, and the room was magnificent. However, when we arrived for check in our room was not ready and they took two extra hours and kept us waiting. Then, they still rushed us out the next day and didn’t give us much extra time despite the fact that they got us the room late because they overbooked. The hotel itself is lovely but very disappointed in the disorganization and being rushed out."
