"Decor of the room is sleek, new design, no aircond, need to open up window for cold air to come in. The problems are in between walls no soundproof. I could hear my upstairs running jumping after 11pm. My next wall tv noise, other side wall talkg. At 1am +, i was awaken by noises chasing northern lights outside my windows."

"I stayed at the hotel last night and had the worst experience I have ever had in a hotel. My husband and I were abruptly woken up by people entering the hotel at 1205am. They were slamming things around, yelling, banging items against the walls, and talking incredibly loud. When my husband went to go see what the commotion was outside the room in the hallway the man in the room next to us had his room door open and was urinating with his genitalia exposed. "The main reason we chose this hotel was the advertised Hot tub for our quick layover stay as well as the close proximity to the airport. The Hot Tub (pictured) does not exist. And is “under construction”."
