"24時間スタッフがいることは心強いし、部屋もとっても広くて必要なものが全て揃ってた。場所も治安が良さそうだったし、洗濯機も使い方簡単だった。色々な観光地へも地下鉄ですぐにいけるし、交通のべんがよかったし、ヒースロー空港にも地下鉄1本でいける。近くにcoopやM&Sもあるので部屋で料理することもできる。 セーフティーボックスの使い方がわからなくてスタッフにも聞いたけどうまく動かなかったが、治安が悪くないからスーツケースに鍵かけて管理することで問題なかった。バスタブもありがたかった "

"We loved staying as a family at the Roland House. The location and amenities are unbeatable for the price we paid. We stayed in room 606, on the sixth floor. We could actually see a portion of the London Eye from our window!! Close to the tube station, grocery stores, restaurants and walking distance to Kensington Palace, Albert Hall, Science and Natural History museums. Amenities include free laundry (you need to buy washing detergent, fabric softeners etc), gym, jacuzzi and sauna/steam room....

"They were still working on renovations when I went but my room was great. This location is very good for catching both buses and the subway. I had an issue with the wifi when I first arrived but they fixed it right away. Plus when I was about to leave early for the airport on the subway the front desk staff were nice enough to stop me and check to see when the station opened. I hadn't known they closed and would have been alone on the street, in the dark, in the early hours of the morning. ...

"Great location and the apartment was well equipped. The only downside was that the elevator was not working so climbing the stairs all the way up to the apartment was a workout especially with luggage. Their teams assistance with carrying up the suitcases was greatly appreciated!!!"

"I totally recommend staying at the Fraser Suites Queens Gate for a London vacation. The location is perfect within walking distance (less than 5 minutes) to the Gloucester Road station on the Piccadilly, District and Circular lines. The hotel is clean, quiet and the rooms (stayed at a Deluxe Studio) are large with a kitchenette (super useful) and super soft beds. All the hotel staff is super nice and ready to help. If you are looking for hotel in London ... don't hesitate, the Fraser Suites...

"価格が手頃な割に部屋が広くて豪華で新しい！6階だったのでぎりぎりテムズ川方面の景色が見れなかったけど7階以上なら絶景だった筈。アップグレードしたらよかったかもしれないけど価格を考えると全く問題なし。 設備、食器等もフル装備で完璧！キーホルダーでタッチしてビルに入る方法だったので到着時に入り方が分かりにくかったけど24時間受付スタッフがいるのでドアを叩けば気づいてくれます。ビルの1階がスーパーマーケットなので食品や必需品がすぐ購入出来て滅茶苦茶便利。アメニティ、トイレットペーパーは追加で料金が発生するので買ってきた方がお得。バスタブありは有難いし、お湯の量も多くて快適！自活したい人にはメッチャお薦め！！！"

"Enjoyed our stay very much. The hotel was within 5mins walking distance to the train station thus convenient & the station had many eateries & local supermarket Sainbury’s and Tesco. The room was very clean, slightly small but bed was comfortable. Breakfast was really good with fresh eggs, bacon, sausages, yogurt, pastries and fruits. Thank you for the enjoyable stay. "
