"I have stayed at Malmaison Birmingham a couple of times now and each time it has been a great experience. It is more of a lively hotel with entertainment areas and restaurant/bar on site. I take advantage of the spa treatments while I'm staying there. Sublime facial treatments every time! The hotel is such a convenient location, close to all sorts of amenities and easily accessible historic sites and the city centre. Sainsbury's and the train stations (New Street and Moor Street) are within a 5 minute walk. Also very close to many museums, shops, and eats, and the canals can be easily accessed on foot as well. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Rooms are very spacious and accessible. While I stayed at Malmaison Birmingham this time, the fire alarm went off midday, so that was exciting! I was not inconvenienced too much, but I did have to get down to the muster point while I was fighting a bit of a head cold. But overall, just an exciting occurrence really. Overall, a great stay again. I will definitely consider staying here in future."
