"Always a nice, safe place to stay."

"Title: Beautiful Location, Absolutely Disgraceful Service I have rarely experienced such appalling service at a hotel. The location is excellent, right on the beach, and the facilities are modern. Unfortunately, the level of service is so shockingly poor that it completely ruins the experience. We arrived at 9:30 PM with three children, including a three-year-old, after an exhausting eight-hour flight. There was no room service, no food available at the hotel, and apparently no interest...

"Loved this property! The beach was right there and the staff were amazing!"

"What a fabulous location and a wonderful boutique hotel option. The service and friendliness of the management team cannot be overstated. They were amazing. I would return in a heartbeat."

"It was exactly as described. I only stayed overnight. Staff was nice."

"Air conditioning and staff. Room was okay. Bed was too uncomfortable. Felt pretty old and felt the springs."

"The place was very beautiful, nice, and clean. However, the room was extremely small and did not have a microwave to warm up food. There was only one luggage rack in the room, so we had to ask for another one. Unfortunately, it rained the entire weekend, which made the experience less enjoyable. Overall, I honestly felt like I wasted my money. Another issue was the unexpected $470 deposit that we were asked to pay upon arrival. We were originally told that the deposit would only be $170. No...

"Staff were amazing and so helpful. Felt welcomed from the moment we arrived. Nice hotel clean and comfortable beds."

"A great hotel, but a bit pricey."

"Very good"

"The hotel had very heavy construction hapening right next to the pool starting from early morning. There was no notice given to us by expedia or the hotel, that there is construction, when we were booking. It was impossible to relax by the pool during the day with the heavy construction noise. It is frustrating since most people book this hotel with intention to relax by the pool during the day.The staff told us that construction will continue for another year."

"The hotel has the vibe of a party hotel. The location is excellent. The reception desk is self service. 5 iPads and one clerk. Arriving by car is cumbersome. The parking lot is across the avenue. It does not have a formal guest drop pick up drive way. The rooms are freaking small!!! I felt that I was inside a cruise ship room. My wife and 4 large luggage could barely fit in. Tiny hand washing sink inside the room. If you need an iron, you have to go to an iron room on the 7th floor. I will...
