"I am not sure if this review is for a single condo (311) or for the whole complex. 311 is lovely, very well stocked kitchen, extremely comfortable bed and couch. Balcony facing east was the perfect size for 2 chairs & a little table. As the pictures show, there is a beach view to the side. The bedroom closet was huge, as far as condo closets go. No unpleasant surprises except that the sliding glass door was hard to open/close.

"This property is immaculate! Bedrooms are HUGE and open space of kitchen and great room is an EXCELLENT gathering area...and at the back of the house - so no outside disturbances. Great location to navigate both Orange Beach and Gulf Shores along with inland communities. Although we had some challenges with the internet; service staff was extremely helpful (over a holiday) and rectified the situation in a timely manner. HIGHLY recommend this property. "

"We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was very clean, and the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The heated pool was actually warm (which isn’t always the case!), and that made my 12-year-old granddaughter so happy.
It’s very kid-friendly and perfect for families. The location is also a huge plus — it’s right next door to the theater and Tropical Falls, with plenty of restaurants nearby. Everything was convenient and easy."
