Hotel berdekatan Surabaya Plaza Shopping Mall

"+ super vriendelijk personeel + schone ruime kamers + uitgebreid ontbijt + prima locatie, t.o. een mall + Tunjungan plaza op loopafstand"

"Beautiful colonial hotel in the city with wonderful service and ambiance. Spacious rooms and lovely gardens. In house restaurant Indigo serves delicious local and western fare."

"Overall a great place to stay. Oasis in the city definitely comes to mind. The lobby is really stunning, and the breakfast as well as the coffee were top notch. Very friendly and helpful staff as well. Only issues were a couple minor stains on pillows, bed and smudges on windows in the room etc. I think the value is there, but a bit more attention on cleanliness would make this an amazing stay."

"Ok, bagus aja. Berpatutan"

"All OK except for the aircond in the room is not working well (not that cold) even after I changed the setting to max fan speed and lowest temperature. And secondly the shower head not well maintain causing the water flow not perfect."

"Wonderful staff, everyone was so friendly. We only stayed one night between arriving by plane and leaving by train to Jogja, but I plan to come back and visit more of Surabaya, and I would love to stay here again."

"Bagus "

"I spent two nights at the hotel having never used this chain before -- and I was very pleased. Hotel staff were super friendly, room was nice size, modern and very comfortable. Breakfast selection was excellent! Property is overall very nice, and good location to get about. My only feedback was to make the gym more modern and larger -- especially for that style of hotel. Otherwise, excellent stay and I would use the hotel again!"

"BEST Hotel in the area at this price. Well equipped gym and beautiful rooms. However the standard room size is a little small."

" The room was very small, with no closet space and no drawers. Thin walls, you could hear people in the next room. They required you to leave your passport at the front desk, which seemed wrong."

"All OK except for the telephone in the room is not working. Whenever I need something, I need to go down to lobby reception desk which is troublesome to me. Hotel staff should have checked facilities in each room regularly to make sure all in good working condition."

"Zelo dobra lokacija (zraven železniške postaje Gubeng). Osebje je prijazn, hotel pa varen."

"Everything about this hotel was great. I had no issues with anything. Definitely recommend this hotel."
