"景色は抜群に良いところです。ただ、施設の中の掃除が行き届いていなく、オーブンやホットプレートが置いてある棚は埃だらけでした。施設の解説がネット上であまりなかったので、よく分からず、2人で利用しましたが、どうやら大人数で利用する施設だったようです。スリッパや外履きサンダルが10人分くらい玄関口に置いてあるのを見て気づきました。もう少しサイトに詳しい情報（冷蔵庫に食材を入れてくれるとか、調味料は何がある、サランラップやホイルはない、菜箸はないので持参を！等）が予約前に分かると良かったと思います。この宿泊施設は電話で直接オーナーと話せるわけではないので、よく分からないまま行くといった感じで、不安を感じる部分があります。エアビーのようにオーナーと話せると良いと思いました。"

"It was nice location, very near from a tram/bus station and city center of Dogo and Matsuyama. There are some supermarkets, onsens and post office in 15-minutes walk. The accommodation itself was just a house and it's located in the residential area so it was very quiet. 住宅地のど真ん中にあり、普通の民家でした。いい意味でも悪い意味でも「暮らすため」の家ですので、羽目を外し過ぎないよう、泊る側は気を遣う必要があるかと思います。でもその分、キッチンや洗濯機があり、長逗留や、松山に土地勘のある人なら、価値を利用し尽くせる滞在場所と言えるかと思います。 "

"友人10名で宿泊しましたが、軽自動車やコンパクトカーでないと駐車場に止められない事を予約する前に知りたかった。普通車2台で行くと1台止められない。また、ゲーム機も使用できるのかと期待していたのに使用するのにお金がかかる事が分かり、これも事前にしりたかった。あと、お風呂がシャワーしかなく水圧もとても弱くて残念だった。部屋数は多く清潔で、マッサージチェアがあったのはとても良かった。日が暮れてからのチェックインだったので、キーボックスの数字が携帯ライトで照らして入力するにも光が反射して数字がかなり見えずらい。中に入っても電源が分かりにくく、どの部屋も電源を探すのに非常に苦労しました。"

"We were assigned to a room in the new wing of the hotel. The room was clean and the amenities were well equipped. The location was also very conveniently located close to Odori shopping and dining area and the Iyo-den city train. The staff was cordial and helpful as always expected in Japan."

"My husband and I stayed here two nights with other family members. Our room was a double bed and theirs was two twin beds. Their room was quite a bit larger than ours, so keep that in mind if you’re staying with someone else. The bed was firm and the pillows were very thin, but it was easy to get more from the amenities room. Staff members were very kind and helpful. Breakfast was good—lots of options and easy to get a table. Location was very close to everything we wanted to do. We’d stay here again!"

"We loved all of the amenities of this hotel. There is a room with two massage chairs for guests to use, of course the onsen which was lovely. They offer free ice cream or popsicles in the afternoon. "Close enough to bus & train station approx 1km. Quiet at night. Good sound proofing tho some sound still got in during the day, to me, this doesn’t matter Very comfortable bed Not much of interest in the immediate vicinity In the Hotel Information screen on the tv in the Nearby Restaurants category there only 2 options - a 7-11 or a supermarket. This could bother some. OK by me though. Surely there are some proper eating places but I didn’t see any?"

"Conveniently located close to Matsuyama Station, we were happy to stay one night at this hotel. Even though it may be old, it was very clean and the beds were the softest we experienced in Japan, which was good for our backs. The staff were so kind and placed our bags into our room before we checked in, so we did not have to lug them all the way there. One thing to be mindful of is that there was no working A/C in our room."
