"Stay here quite regularly, the staff know us when we have appointments at the nearby hospital. Staff are wonderful and caring. The bathroom we had did leak and needed extra towels to mop up the water leaking onto the carpet. The other downside is the wifi connection to the TV, we always seem to have trouble to connect no matter using Accor or hot spot."

"This property is stunning. Right in the center of town with plenty of great restaurants & attractions around. The pools were both lovely and we made use of them both. We stayed in the majestic suite. Probably one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in [apart from my own]. The suite was also styled amazingly. There were a couple of things that I felt weren't quite right [ possibly won't bother others] amazing dual vanity in bathroom area, but no hand towels [or place for any to hang]...

"Very very disappointed. We had booked one of the more expensive top floor rooms for our wedding anniversary. We live locally but thought we would make a night of it, check out the hotel, have drinks and a meal on the rooftop etc. I had paid the extra for a late cancellation.
