Well maintained and cleaned, cleaning ladies on site were helpful! Close walk to the pier, and places to eat. We had some pretty loud upstairs neighbors at night. (College students) but overall our stay was very enjoyable and would recommend!

Unit #2 was clean and well equipped, common grounds, patio, pool well maintained. Located on a calm street on a dead end. So close to the beach 5 min walk even shorter to Walgreens, always handy. First experience in a while at OOB and this rental did not disappoint, no need to post photos, the unit is exactly as advised on the property manager website!

My family and I went here to celebrate my 45th birthday. This hotel was perfectly located only six minute walk to the pier. The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained. It was perfect for my four people family. The pool was awesome and warm and relaxing. I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. We can’t wait to visit again. Thank you to the host for keeping such a well-maintained room. We had so much fun.

Sunset Suites was pretty much okay, but the chief concern we had was the size. It’s smaller than a standard hotel room. Especially small was the bathroom, which had no counter space. There were coffee pods in the room, which was good and the property managers were responsive to our requests.

The location to the beach and downtown for the pier was awesome! 5 min walk to both (with 2 kids in tow). The property was well maintained and very clean. We stayed in unit 7 and the only negative was that there was mold in the bathroom which appears to have been painted over - but is still visible. This was somewhat concerning for us especially having 2 little kids staying in there. Otherwise the room was updated and clean, and all linens and necessities were provided for the kitchen/shower/bedding. They provided coffee pods for the Keurig which was a plus for us! The staff were very responsive to messages and very pleasant. There was a grassy area, patio furniture to sit outside and laundry on site. There is also a pool that had floats to utilize. The pool is heated and also in direct sun so on a hot summer day is definitely not refreshing, but was great for nighttime swimming! The parking lot is definitely a little bit tight/narrow but we drive a big truck so would definitely recommend a smaller SUV/car if traveling here! Overall we had a great trip and would consider this property again in the future!

Proche de la plage , du parc d'attraction et des restaurants. Piscine chauffée avec eau salée et plusieurs jouets de piscine déjà présents. Beau séjour en famille ! Je le conseille sans doute!
