"The staff in the late evening was excellent- the only complaint we had with the hotel was that there were no luggage racks for us to carry our many belongings into our room for the night ( after a very long day for us) at 10pm. The desk clerk was beside herself because they have 3 carts but evidently the last 3 customers who used them kept them in their rooms for use the next morning! They need a tracking system for them!!
The breakfast was your basic fare- nothing special but every thing was...

"The pools were great but the lazy river didn’t work. The big green and yellow slides didn’t works. The master bathroom shower would not drain properly and all the water was in one area. Not to mention the power went out for 2 hours and fire alarm went off twice waking us up at 12:30 at night! Had a funny smell throughout hall way and room."

"Room wasn’t bad the problem was the window in the room, there’s no tint whatsoever you can literally see into anyone’s room in the day time I had my curtain closed the whole time, it’s also thin glass and you can hear everything outside, worst part is they won’t even let you use their microwave unless you buy whatever you have from their little store. $5 maruchan no thanks they’re literally less than a dollar at a normal store "

"The resort was huge, with lots to do. They do try to pitch the timeshare aspect of it but once you decline they leave you alone. It was about 20-30mins from SeaWorld (without using toll roads). The Publix store was about 3mins away for groceries and about 4mins from more shopping like Target.
The rooms were nice and big! Prefect for our large family. We loved the washer and dryer as it made our life so much easier. We will definitely go back!"

"Recominedo ampliamente este hotel. La habitacion estaba muy limpia y cuenta con frigobar y cafetera. En la recepcion hay un minisuper con precios bastantes accesibles. "We didn't try the breakfast or hot tub. The room was satisfactory regarding cleanliness, and the staff was fine, but while the main building was really nice and the pool was great, the room we were put in was old and not remodeled. It had popcorn ceilings so low we could touch them without trying (and we're 5'4"). The paint on the walls was that old motel yellow. So the room was very disappointing despite that they showed remodeled, updated rooms on the website. Parking was outside the room but...
