"The check-in staff could have been warmer. There was a mix up on room assignments and we had someone else try to enter our room after we occupied it. The desk called our room to ask our name - no apology or explanation. We went to eat and when we came back our room keys no longer opened our door. Again when my husband took the key to the desk, they weren’t apologetic or friendly. The facility is good. The breakfast was standard. The desk staff were not welcoming."
