"Our room which had a private balcony and pool was fantastic! So much so, we never used the main pool, albeit the main pool was very inviting. Breakfast was great, lots of options! Cocktails at the bar were very good. Great location too, close to some very nice beaches (just a short walk) and the 21 bus stop to get into Chania old town literally just outside. "Enjoyed great Greek hospitality during my stay. Just minutes of walking to the gorgeous Agii Apostoli Beach. The kitchen in the room is great for someone who stays longer and prefers to cook. "

"The front desk associates were very informative and provided helpful advice. We highly recommend the store across the street, ELAIA, for outstanding service. The owner provided information from olive oil, honey to skin care products - a wealth of knowledge, very friendly and personable. The views from the hotel are beautiful and while not a huge beach, it is nice and cozy with 2 pools and plenty of room for couples or families."

"Nice hotel. Nice rooms and pool area. Lovely Spa area but shame you have to book and pay for sauna. Normally are free but not a real issue. Gym looks good too but did not use. Very close to shops and restaurants. Staff were very helpful, polite and always at hand. The food in the restaurant and pool area and breakfast, also drinks were all tasty and well priced. Very lovely hotel and spa. would definately recommend and visit again"
