"Our first impression when we arrived was, “Oh no, what did we do?” The hallway leading to the reception had a noticeable musty smell, and the stairs looked like they could use a fresh coat of paint. However, once we reached the reception area, our impression completely changed. Everything there was clean, well-maintained, and nicely painted. The young lady who welcomed us was very friendly and helpful. She even gave us recommendations on things to do during the few days we were visiting Rome, which we really appreciated. The room was cozy and clean, and the bathroom was also very clean. Our only complaints would be the Wi-Fi and the mini fridge. The Wi-Fi signal did not reach the room very well, and once we moved away from the reception area, the connection became weak. The mini fridge also did not keep our drinks very cold. Overall, despite a somewhat disappointing first impression, we had a pleasant stay and appreciated the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff."

"We stayed here for three nights and this is so central to all the main monuments! We were able to walk everywhere without a problem and come back to take breaks throughout the day. One think I really really appreciate is how strong the AC was!! We were so appreciative every time we would come back to the hotel after being out in the scorching heat. The staff were super helpful and rooms were nice and clean."

"Hotel isa was a lovely place to stay in prati. Our flight from the US landed early, and they were able to get us in ahead of check in and with a room upgrade which was generous after the long trip. The only note is that the heat in Rome was crazy (37C) and the AC was not the same as the US AC we were used to. Nonetheless, Hotel Isa provided us with a big fan to accommodate, and it made the 4 nights much more enjoyable. There are also many good restaurants nearby (fabula, La Fraschetta Romanesca, Lumiere, gelati gelati) were all ones we enjoyed. Bus stop is right across the street as well."
