"When we check in we were told that the water would be off from 10AM until 4PM. We got back to our room after sightseeing around 8 and there was no hot water, just barely warm. The next morning the water was ice cold. Reported it to the front desk on our way out and were told it would be resolved. When we returned once again we had no hot water, ice cold. I went to the front desk because the line phone line to the front desk didn't work and they said they would send up someone from engineering....

"This morning when I checked out the guess services desk was not manned. I had to call in order to check out. I'm used to getting a receipt under the door or via email and neither happened. I had to call in order to enjoy I was checked out. The happy hour and wait staff was great! Although, several menu items were not available."

"The walls of the shower had a bit of black mold growing on them.
More toiletries in the room like a shower cap and Cotten puffs would be nice .
Westin should just charge an extra $5 a night and have free coffee
The line for coffee was so long!
Staff was wonderful!!"

"The positives- Helpful staff and a clean room. My room unexpectedly had a kitchenette with a stove and fridge and mini table. That was a pleasant surprise.
The negatives- Kind of old and a bit beat. The tv was tiny -the size of my computer monitor. Parking was a pain. I had to park in an overflow parking garage off property and had to be let in by staff who had to walk over. So I always tipped them even though it wasn’t valet. It was the same price as other hotels with valet, and the garage...
