"There was no one at the property to assist with checkin. My parents reached the place and we're stuck for hours. Apparently there is additional checkin that needed to be done which was hidden away in some link, the least they should have done is to have someone helping with this online checkin that speaks English. "Stayed here before and because of that we decided to repeat the stay. Unfortunately, now unsure to come back there more. 1. Room Ordered for king size bed but was given 2single bed combine to 1. After complaint, wait 30 min to get room changes. 2. By 3pm next day cleaning was not done and have to call and request 3. Housekeeping staff was very smelly and left the odour at the room and walk away area (Hygeine should be 1st thing to be details ) 4. The bedsheet and pillow have a some kind smell similar to housekeeping staff 5 Star hotel should have the expectation of 5 star services. "
