"The best place to stay. We’ve been here nine times over the last ten years. The quality is top notch! The grounds and property are beautiful, the amenities spot on, very family friendly, tasty food, excellent gym, beautiful golf course, and so much more."

"Clean room and friendly staff. Good breakfast. The room had an extra sink by the fridge and microwave but when you turn on the water it smelled like sewer gas. Could only use bathroom sink."

"It’s conveniently located to Hwy, which brings the other side of the same coin — noisy. If you prefer quietness, or a light sleeper, please skip. It would be nice to have some continental breakfast, rather than a restaurant."

"Cute place that was in a nice location and was quiet. No air conditioning though but thankfully it cooled off enough at night to sleep with the fans on."

"We loved this place it was small and our room was cute and very clean. It’s just a bit loud from the freeway noise, but they are aware and I was happy to find a noise reduction machine on the table so you could help drown out the freeway noise with ocean or rain sounds. They also provide ear plugs. We got used to the noise and it really wasn’t a problem. We will stay there again. There are great shops and a cozy restaurant nearby."

"Updated rooms. Bathroom was okay. Room was next to maids closet so heard everything outside. Room stated ocean view but was not the ocean view I expected. More a side view and ocean from a far. Fire place was not working. Customer service was great and they apologized and made it correct. More 3 star hotel feel."

"if you want to be a block away from the beach in one of the most beautiful places in California and NOT pay BIG bucks, this is your venue. Realize though, the bed is a double (in my room) no coffee pot (I brought my own single shot)and the room is small. . . but clean with refrigerator. Staff is very nice and I got a free bottle of White Wine with my room.I would stay again but I would be on second floor with view.My companion couldn't walk up stair but we could see the beach from our door."

"We love the Coast Village Inn and have stayed here many times. The sink in our bathroom had a really bad odor that came out when water was run down the drain. I think it needs some really good cleaning."
