Accent Inns Kelowna

"My husband and son stayed at the Accent Inn in Kelowna for a concert this week. Our family often chooses Accent Inns when available. They were quite happy with everything other than the inconsistent hot and cold in the shower. Unfortunately my son got a bit scalded when it turned very hot suddenly. However the temperature then moderated fairly quickly. Something to consider... My husband was most thankful that the room had a kettle as he is a tea drinker and finds it hard to get a good cuppa when forced to use a coffee maker to make hot water for tea - it always tastes of coffee to him. Luckily on this trip it was no problem because the rooms always have a functioning water kettle. Otherwise all was as expected and service was great."

"We had a great 6 days at the hotel. All the staff were so nice and helpful. Shout out to Al the head chef at the hotel. Keanna and Lori in housekeeping as well as all the other ladies...amazing. We will be coming back."
