"The worst stay possible! Avoid at all cost! Tried to handle the issues with management and was dismissed. Attempted to address my concerns for security as I was traveling alone with children. The exterior door doesn’t even close. The lock on our door did not need a key card to open every time. The air conditioner sounded like a generator. I even called to speak to the GM on Monday morning and was dismissed again. All this and the hotel was DIRTY!"

"We really enjoyed the room but there was a paper towel holding up the table and there was food left in the refrigerator. The front desk didn't have quarters for the coin washing machine and dryer. We were pretty upset about that because we wanted to wash. "
