I booked through expedia but wanted to cancel within 24 hours of booking but property did not allow like most other places. The Sunrise villa was 700,000+ yen. The actual property does not look like the pictures on web site and Expedia…those pictures were made when it was new. The property itself is a bit dated, good but dated. We had issue with water supply in one of the bedroom showers though maintenance fixes immediately. Shower and sink water pressure strong and weak fluctuates at times. One of the AC units in the master bedroom not working all the time. There are ants that got into bedroom so you have to use the bug spray to keep them out. The pool is nice. Its beachfront but cannot swim in the ocean there, too dangerous. So really can enjoy the view of the waves. Has small gym, breakfast place was good. The other restaurant food was OK. The staff was very friendly and so nice, so hats off to them for their hospitality. I would say not my top choice in future simply due to the dated facility (Sunrise villa)…I dont think its worth the price they charged. But overall we had good time there.

Beautiful villas. Staff was wonderful. Food was excellent. Relaxing out of the way location. Offered free shuttle to swimmable beach and art market. Would definitely recommend if looking for a quiet luxury location with all the amenities.

Really enjoyed my stay here. Quiet, peaceful environment with really friendly staff. Lovely breakfast; really loved the mie goreng and their selection of juices. Only small drawback was a faint sewerage smell on the first night - an issue that resolved itself by the next morning.

We stayed at The Royal Purnama for one week. It was such a lovely resort with a friendly staff that were very accommodating. We loved their breakfast menu and pool area. If we were ever to come back to Bali, we will be booking purnama resort again.
