"The perfect start to our Bali adventure after a long flight. The staff were incredibly helpful throughout (including sorting out our luggage that was stuck in Singapore) and the aptly named The View Restaurant was just that and along with the infinity pools provided stunning views and sunsets. The Senses spa is also worth a visit. All in all a wonderful experience. "

The local people “guests” were noisy and disruptive at night in other rooms, despite the cleaning staff asking them to keep it down for other guests.
