"There were no bugs,, best thing i can say about this place."

"The location was beautiful but when you flushed the toilet it was horrible 😭😭. It stunk up the whole place and made me sick. I had to buy fabreeze and sprayed as I flushed. It would be a great place if they would use potable water in the toilets. So gross and there was garbage left on the deck plus twigs or something in the lazy Susan."

"The hotel is very nice and the pool area is beautiful. The hotel is located across from a nice, wide bike and walking path that is parallel to the ocean. It’s also walking distance to a couple of nice restaurants and the airport. We used uber or lyft several times and every time, the driver was there in less than 5 minutes. Super convenient Almost can’t beat it, but it is very pricey. They do provide full size complimentary water bottles daily to each guest and free shuttle service to Duval St...

"We really enjoyed staying at this property. They had a shuttle that made it very convenient to be able to go downtown and get picked up from downtown and come back to the hotel. We flew in, we never needed a car.We stayed there five days and four nights and really liked the property.And the staff and the rooms were nice.The pool was nice and again.The shuttle to go downtown and be picked up and come back with awesome and shuttle to the airport"

I was denied when I checked in because they said there were no rooms available. I paid for a breakfast option to be told it did not include omelets and that was 20$ more. The bathroom was not clean and had a urine order I asked the manager to have someone deep clean the bathroom again when we were out, not only did she NOT clean the room but she stepped on...
