"Over the last 10 years, we have stayed at the Pier House several times . The location is perfectly located near all of the fun of Duval but off the road enough for it to be a quiet, tropical oasis. The private beach with chairs, umbrellas and towel service is fantastic! Oceanside food and drink service is amazing with great staff . The rooms are very comfortable (our favorite are the Lunai with a private outside seating area ). All of the staff, services and room are top tier . We comeback as often as we can!"

"Very disappointed with the “Cozy Queen” room. It looked nothing like the photos online — extremely small, tiny window, and only one nightstand. For nearly $600, it felt very misleading and not worth the price. When we raised this at reception, one of the ladies was very rude and dismissive, saying we booked a room type rather than the exact room shown in the photos, which felt unhelpful and not understanding of our concern. The two ladies at reception overall came across as rude."
