"The pick up instructions were far from clear but we got there eventually. The driver was very friendly and informative about places to eat near and including the hotel. We had a late flight and were given an extra hour before we had to check out which was great. Having a washing basket was a great and well thought out extra. Having a washing machine and dryer was one of the deciding factors in choosing the hotel. Close to bus stop for access to train station very helpful"

"Upon arrival, everyone was pleasant and helpful. If anything, the only thing I would suggest is a Al carte offering for breakfast. I would’ve rather had a coffee and water versus laying $22 for the full buffet I didn’t need."

"For a one night stay, this hotel is okay. It’s a business traveler hotel for the most part. I wouldn’t stay here again unless I somehow found myself stranded at O’Hare overnight again. What turned me off the most about this stay though, is the price gouging for pretty standard amenities. Need WiFi? You’re going to need to fork over $9.99 / day. Even the 2 small bottle of waters in the room are priced at $3 unless you enroll in their loyalty program. Luckily we found free filtered water in the...

"You’d think getting a hotel suite not downtown you’d have free parking but not the case at all. Huge amounts of empty parking lots that are unused but charge you 25 dollars a day to park or walk half a mile."

"Overall, a good experience except for the added fees no one tells you about. Arrived an hour early and they asked for $30 early check in. We declined and went out to eat instead. Also, paid $125 for hotel fees though i had prepaid my stay online."
