"Great hotel! Convenient free airport shuttle, clean rooms, good breakfast and dinner, friendly staff and a nice outdoor garden area. I had some time to kill and got a massage in their spa, which was also great."

"Internet constantly dropping. Power also dropping. Hot water (and water) not constant. Hosts quite unfriendly. Swimming pool water - unclean. Kitchen staff very nice. It is a beautiful property with a lot of potential. It's management is truly unfortunate and a lost opportunity."

"The hotel is conveniently located and the staff are friendly. However, while there was a sign in the bathroom indicating that the plumbing is a bit old and to take care (fair enough), it's unclear why this would mean there wasn't a holder for toilet paper rolls, which we find something odd to be lacking at a 4 star establishment."
