"A wonderful staff. After arriving at the hotel after along flight, I left my phone in the taxi's cab. The hotel staff checked the cc-tv and got the license plate. And then found the contact information of the driver. They made sure to get my phone from him and deliver back to my room. The staff here went above and beyond and i am so thankful to them."

"First, yes, it is a little bit of a walk to the metro, but it was not that bad. Also, the immediate area around the hotel doesn’t have a lot to offer. With that said, it was my favorite of 5 hotels stayed in from a 3 week trip. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well appointed. The staff was beyond friendly and helpful. "One of the positive points of this property is its smaller size, with only 8-10 rooms per floor, which means it’s very quiet with no tour groups. "We had a 10 day stay at this hotel. Overall had a great stay! Pros:Clean, Housekeeping on your own schedule, Water bottles daily, Always offered clean towels. Staff able to call taxis. "良かったポイント・フロントだけでなくスタッフ全般の顧客対応レベルが高いと感じました。特に日本語を話せるスタッフの気遣いは非常に好感がもて安心して滞在できました。・MRTの駅も徒歩10分程度であり、観光するにあたっては便利なエリアだと感じています。飲食店、コンビニも多く食事に困ることはないです。改善点・要望・ロビーでコーヒーが飲めるのですが、紙コップ等があると部屋に持ち帰ることができるのであると良いと思いました。・過去の宿泊口コミにも記載されていたのですが、隣部屋のシャーワー音、湯をためるときの不快音が夜間に10分程度続きました。端の部屋であること、最終日だけでしたので、あまり気になりませんでしたが、毎日続くとストレスがかかりそうです"
