"I ended up really sick and couldn’t go. I have Alpha Gal. I ordered take out the night before and didn’t know the fries were cooked in talo. Since it was non-refundable and the last time something like this happened, there’s no phone number to call. Hilton said if I booked through them, they would have helped me change it and not be penalized. Since this one and last time you booked the wrong date, I’m out $500. I will not use your service anymore. You were $30 cheaper than if I booked direct...

"The breakfast was not diabetic friendly. They stated pet friendly but no place for dog to go to the bathroom. Had to walk dog through garbage . Cigarette butts all over very the place. Beds were terrible. My towels had clumps of black hair on them. Lotion and shampoos left in room were used not new ones. Will not go back"

"Great friendly hotel with great lobby, hot breakfast, spacious individual working place at the tables. 24/7 hot and drinking water. The only drawback is that the window is theoretically opennable by construction but the hotel installed the obstacle to open the window. Thus, we could not enjoy fresh night air."
