"It’s a beautiful, new hotel. I was very excited about my stay. Until I turned the lights off to sleep and could hear every voice, every door slam, every footstep down the hall. I ended up getting about 4 hours of sleep before a big conference. For night 2 of my stay I ended up getting earplugs and putting towels under the door to try and block out the noise. The rooftop pool is small, and the view is nothing special, so I wouldn’t recommend expecting much from it. Getting around was somewhat inconvenient, and I found myself doing a lot of walking. For my next visit, I would probably choose a hotel on the Strip for easier access to attractions and transportation."

"None of the rooms are quiet due to the proximity to the Freemont Street Experience. Building is very old, furniture was dated. They do offer no resort fees and free parking. Shower fixtures were very nice. Staff was friendly. They tend to push the "haunted" narrative, probably great if you want a ghost hunting experience, was not a good choice for business travel."

"We got into Vegas earlier than expected on a holiday weekend(my bad). I tried to check in early (12:10am) The 1st rep was NOT helpful. She refused to check us into our “available” room a few hours earlier(got into our booked room at 10:30am) and forced us to stay in a dirty room that was 3x’s the price & didn’t offer any form of accommodations. Btw, they don’t offer turndown service. The non smoking snelled like smoke & was 3x’s the price. Oh and there were used towels in it. I told the same...
