Moments later, another woman came forward saying her 14-year-old relative was missing. The situation caused panic among families, and the response from hotel staff was disorganized and unprofessional. The police were called, and chaos continued for hours with shouting and people running through the hallways....

"Location great. Its an older motel so I can't understand why people complain about the rooms. Went there for a few days with my wife and daughter who is 3. Staff is amazing.
