"Staff was accommodating, kind and allowed us to check-in earlier than expected. Check in was simple and didn’t require much. We loved our room and it was just the right space for a night in the Dells. We were in town for a tournament and thought it was conveniently located to the JAG, and even could have walked if needed. "

"We did not stay here after finding our room. I'm 69 years old and cannot do stairs. No elevator there. The parking lot was filled with cars and trucks revving up the engines. People smoking pot and drinking beer. It was like downtown Chicago. No place for the grandkids to be. We asked for a refund because there was no way we could stay. Turned in our Waterpark wristbands and they wouldn't refund us."
