"The hotel is ok if you have to catch a flight early in the morning. The onsite restaurant only serves breakfast (which was decent) and for any other meals you have to go to another location. At check in we were given a room with three beds at the ground floor and were told by the lady at the reception that they only exist on the ground floor! The hotel website seems to indicate otherwise. The room was dated and it looked very dark as you have to close the curtains in order not to see or be...

"The room was clean and even had tea making facilities which was a nice addition. The staff were also very helpful. We didn't have breakfast because we left early but we did have dinner. Mine (which if I remember correctly, was rice) was lovely but my husband's schnitzel was very tough so he couldn't eat it."

"The property was great and we loved the amenities. The breakfast was phenomenal. But, the website says there is a free shuttle from the airport and when we arrived at the hotel we were told we had to pay. We asked at the front desk and were told that yes we had to pay and that the website is very out of date. We were also charged a tourist tax that wasnt much but again was an extra, unexpected charge."

"This is the type of hotel where you save money to rest your head for a few hours. They have a note in the room that warns about occasional trains passing by next to the property, and they provide ear plugs for convenience. But there were no earplugs, and 3 trains passed in the first half hour, and continued all evening. We found one bed bug, searched for others and didn't find any more. "Nice jet tub room , spacious, great location, lots of shopping and dining options walking distance including a farmers market and a mall. They gave the spa in the basement and I tried to book a massage but waited too long and they were booked up. They had a 45 min special for 35 Euro for hotel guests."

"Quarto limpo, equipe educada e atenciosa, localização boa pra quem não quer ficar no centro. Fácil de estacionar e a uns 5 minutos a pé de um shopping center. Bom café da manhã. Ficaria novamente."
