"Staff, comfortable bed, having the coffee shop and bar onsite, ping pong table in the room….all excellent!! Cleanliness left something to be desired. Seems easy enough to wipe down all surfaces in a room before arrival. Bed very clean, everything not clean. "

"The property is charming, nicely updated. Our rooms were clean, with exception on the outdoor patio which had a cup remnants from someone else’s stay. The only major issue was the bar car and fire pit area never opened. We sat out poolside which was supposed to be open until 10, however at 9:20 without warning or a word an attended came and locked the gates we were forced to to walk at night around a city block to get back to the front entry."

"Great place other than understanding of accessibility rooms. Booked a specific type of room with bathroom bars for my spouse who has limited mobility due to Parkinson's. Online pictures were what was used to pick a room and a hotel. At check in we were told they had put us in a regular room. Staff at check in apparently did not have training on disability needs. Did attempt to get us in an accessible room but no bars by toilet and only one vertical one at tub. We just had to try hard to make that one night work..."

"I reserved this room specifically for the jetted tub. The stopper to keep it from draining did not work, and it was leaking from the bottom which rendered it unusable. They gave me free parking and breakfast vouchers which I personally felt was insufficient to make up for it. Also, it was under renovation, which had things feeling a bit dangerous as one can imagine. I would like to emphasize that the staff was unfailingly helpful and kind. I am simply expressing my concerns about the property itself and my disappointment at the tub not operating. The room itself was quite nice and well-maintained. Placing the outlet behind the headboard on the right side of the bed did make it impossible to plug in additional devices. The location was great being only a couple of blocks from the Riverwalk."
