"I was not happy about the smell of the lobby..it smelled like a sewage problem ..it was leaks by the elevator.But the room was clean and staff were very very nice and helpful ,,hotel needs renovated"

"Had an asthma attack as soon as I stepped in the hotel! It’s truly smoked out. We got a non smoking room and it still reeked of smoke. I would not stay there again for free. "

"Staff was great, but the property needs some work. Multiple outlets in our room were too loose to hold a plug. Fan didn’t work in the bathroom. Breakfast selection wasn’t as good as I typically see at other hotels. "

"Room was not cleaned during our stay. On Saturday I mentioned this to the staff at the desk and they ASSURED me the room would be cleaned. Nothing done. For the price I paid per night, close to $1000 I should expect better. Not acceptable! Especially for a room a I paid for in advance almost 1 YEAR AGO IN FULL. Refund due accordingly!! Please review!"

"The property is not well kept. The chairs in the lobby has various stains on them and need to be steam cleaned. My room was extremely muggy and the room had an overall weird smell to it. The wall paper in the room was peeling in various places throughout the room. I asked for towels at 12pm. I was told they would be delivered. I left out and returned at 4pm and the towels still hadn’t been delivered. I wouldn’t recommend staying at this facility. "

"We came from High Point NC for our daughter’s graduation from UNC Chapel Hill, the location was perfect for the weekend. Breakfast was great, Beds and pillows were amazing and Very Clean. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We will definitely will stay here again when in this area!!!! "

"The room was dirty and had a bad smell (which transferred onto my clothing etc.) There was mold in the bathroom. If it hadn’t been the busiest graduation weekend in the chapel hill/durham/raleigh of the year, and no where else was available, I would have moved."
