"The hotel was run down, old and in a very bad neighborhood with homeless People lying on the pavement outside of the hotel. One worker at the desk and the restaurant closed during the day. They also charge $29 a day for parking. The rooms are horribly decorated and old. I didn’t not feel safe staying there with my son. We switched to a beautiful hotel 15 minutes away that was less per night"

"This place is great except we didn’t have any soap in our soap dispenser or lotion in our lotion dispenser. What happened to the little bar of soap they used to leave at the sink??? Actually, just bring a bar of soap from home! Love the front desk staff. Breakfast is great. Room and bath CLEAN! Very close to Duke Medical Center which is a big plus. Also close to Duke University."

"We were from out of town didn’t arrive to the hotel until Tuesday morning. On Friday morning I received a call from the Gm Kim telling me she was putting my family out due to the smell of smoke in the room that’s been coming from the second floor since Monday. I assured her we didnt smoke in the room that wasn’t our floor and we didn’t arrive until Tuesday.
