"The the hospitality of the staff was amazing, Very helpful and courteous. The free breakfast was a continental breakfast. It would have been nice if they offered, yogurt, bagels, or Waffles. The fresh fruit every morning, with eggs and meat Gave you your protein to start the day. The initially the room was clean other than more dusting could have been done. Our housekeeper, Keep our room very nice and fresh everyday. The location was really good. Walkable scenery with shopping and eateries....

"It was good experience to stay in this property. The only challenge I had was when I checked in. The directions provided was condo in XXX T2 which referred to Tower 2. If the instructions had mentioned it, it would have made our life easier since we had to go to Tower 1 and then Tower 2 since it was not clear. Second, parking arrangement was confusing. It took awhile to figure it and few other guests were confused too who were checking in at same time. Rest of the stay was awesome. It was so...

"The best part of this property was the staff and the comfort of the bed. I am very picky about what I sleep on and this bed was a ten! Staff could not have been more accomodating or helpful. Dom at the front desk made me feel right at home and he was very attentive. He always remembered me by name. This is by far one of the best hotels I have been in. The only down side was the coffee bar. Very slow and even if you called ahead, you waited in line like you never ordered ahead. "

"Had a marvelous time at the Outrigger Waikiki Beach. It's on a gorgeous beach, the ocean and pool were lovely to swim in, (be sure to take a "walk" out into the ocean...it seemed like you could go out 1000 ft or more and it was still just up to your chest.) We were upgraded to a beautiful suite after a minor plumbing issue, so the inconvenience of switching rooms was well worth it when we walked into that room, which had a post card view! Enjoyed several meals at Dukes and Hulu grill.. very...
