"This is a fantastic place to stay. The check-in process was very smooth and well explained. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. It was also easy to maintain the temperature in the room, without a lot of adjusting. Highly, highly recommend the Forest Grill to eat. We read that the artichoke dip was outstanding and we were not disappointed. The Great Plains burger (Bison burger) was cooked perfectly and very tasty! The Fried Eggplant was just as fantastic! For sides we have french fries and mac & cheese - neither of them disappointed. Our server Mallory was extremely attentive and went above and beyond for us, answering all our questions about dinner. Check out was just as great as check-in. I was not very successful at the slot machines, but my other half did great, and we eneded up walking out a little ahead. Definitely check this place out if you need to stay in the Syracuse area."

"We indicated we would beed ti use the pull out couch but it wasnt made and we had to go ask for linens and make it ourselves, there were no plates or regular syrup for the waffle at breakfast we had to make do with bowls and sugar free syrup. They also didnt replenish for the breakfast so everything was gone when we came out by 8am. Had to call the hotel to get the deposit back. They did t automatically reverse it."

"Pet fee was extremely high, almost the price of what I paid for the room anyway. Pool was not available for use. Room a/c was not functional, we were hot all night long. Breakfast was average but was nice to have. Would be a nice place to stay if these issues were addressed."
