"The curtain on a huge window next to the bed was missing, which meant I had an awful sleep. I let the hotel know in the morning via WhatsApp (how they have previously communicated with me) and they didn't bother to answer. My room (102) backed onto a back street which was noisy at night and in the early morning.
Good points: Location is ok-ish, central but on a square where people hang about where you could feel intimidated with kids/older family members. Check in process worked but was very...

"Our stay was fantastic! Communication with reception was great, and the unit had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, water pressure was great, and we loved having the use of a full kitchen and washer/dryer. The location was excellent - right downtown and close to the train station/bus stops/restaurants/shopping, but the unit itself was quiet.
Our only issue was that the unit was quite warm and we couldn’t figure out how to turn off the heat/turn on the AC, so information about that...

"I had an excellent stay at this apartment. The place was very clean, modern, and exactly as described. The location was extremely convenient, with shopping nearby and easy access to the train station, which made getting around simple. It was also near the beach and the Prestwick Golf Club. I was very happy with my stay and would definitely recommend this apartment to others looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. I could find nothing wrong with the place! "The room was clean and well equipped. Parking was steeps away and very reasonably priced for the 2 nights we stayed. The location was perfect with everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. The only negative was that it wasn’t the quietest location with a loud bar across the street and homeless shelter next door.
