This farm was one of the loveliest properties we have stayed at on our trip around England. A gorgeous property with healthy, happy, animals all around you. The linens smell heavenly and fresh and you can hear the spund of cows mooing. Breakfast was fantastic with lots of fresh options. The host is so friendly and considerate. You dont want skip this one.♡

We had a lovely stay at this very friendly B+B and the host was very accommodating. The house is set in quiet farmland with views over the fields - well worth another visit

Perfect Place To Stay With Breakfast Included.

If you're looking for a nice place to stay only a short drive from Stratford-Upon-Avon this is it. The host was friendly and helpful. The (Cream) room was very clean with it's own on bathroom suite with a nice hot powerful shower. Lovely views, room was quiet, comfortable bed, lots of extra tea, Coffee and milk. Has to be the best value place we've stayed in for a long time. Breakfast was very generous and good quality it was left outside the room for us and other guests to enjoy. We will be back and recommend to our friends. Lovely stay.

We liked the experience of staying on a working farm. It was a bit out of the way, but we liked the peace and quiet. The food was amazing, homemade, fresh, and plentiful. The hosts were helpful with ideas of restaurants and local activities.

An excellent short stay in a picturesque setting. Lovely old farm house with comfortable, clean rooms. All the facilities one requires for an overnight stay. Elizabeth was especially helpful in providing an early morning breakfast tray as we left early each day.

Quiet, clean and friendly

Easy no contact check in. Lovely clean and comfy room plus delicious continental style breakfast which you eat in your room. Would highly recommend for a relaxing stay away.

We loved it , beautiful setting in the countryside on a working farm. Elizabeth is a real blessing , she really looked after us, upgraded our room for free and went out of the way to provide a lovely spread for breakfast. The bed was comfy and bedroom spacious with everything you need for a midweek break. Stratford just over 10 minutes away by car. Highly recommended and value for money.

Lovely B&B

Lovely B&B situated in a beautiful setting, overlooking fields of sheep! Easy access to Stratford Upon Avon. Breakfast was great, loads of choice and the fresh fruit was delicious. We were greeted by our host who was very friendly. It is a lovey old farmhouse and our room was a good size. There is a separate sitting room available for guests which is very good. The breakfast was also very good with a choice of both continental or full English. We would stay again if we are in the area and would recommend this b&b
