"When our initial room didn't have much of a window, the staff was very helpful and quickly switched us to an available room with a balcony for a nominal fee. The place has a cool retro beach-motel vibe, which some may enjoy more than others but we liked. "Arrival to the facility with my husband and children only to find out the pool was closed for maintenance while waiting for the front desk person to come back after approximately 15 minutes. We were quite disappointed since the pool was one of the reasons we choose this facility and were not giving the opportunity to change our reservation ahead of time. "There was nothing about this place that we liked. The parking lot was being used by a crew of workers. The night after we slept in the king sized bed we found there was debris way down under the covers. It was disgusting. Obviously no one changed the sheets. The desk help was apologetic, but never offered to come and see what we were talking about and never offered to reimburse us!"
