Cari Taman Karavan di Stratford

"Clean rooms, very friendly and helpful staff. Good stay."

"I liked that they have a pool. I didn’t like that the pool was closed down. I rented that room so my grandchildren could go swimming. They were all ready to swim and disappointment on their faces almost made me cry. They should have their advertising state that the pool is closed. I paid good money to swim and sleep and to have this happen, a real disappointment!!"

"We appreciated the convenient location to our event. Easy check in and the room was clean and freshly painted. Parking right outside our door. Nice new bedding and towels. Hard working staff. We would stay again when in the area."

"Safe and comfortable."

"There was nothing unique about that place except it was smelly, dirty, unkept, and your staff, what a joke. I would never in this lifetime recommend your services for what you advertise on your website is nothing but a lie. Then not to refund for the place having a cockroach problem, hole in the tub, uncleaned rooms, and sub -par service. (The staff) and really you asked me to change the rating? After everything you have already done to myself and my workers. Customers beware"

There was also a sauna, but we did not use it. The terrace also included a sitting area with a stone fire. While we would have preferred it be open even later, the pool was at least open until 10. The bar closed at 10, too, unfortunately. Room was nearly spotless and everything worked. Bed was comfortable. Staff was...

"They were in the middle of cleaning the entire place. Staff was very kind and helpful. Extra coffee for the single serve was a huge plus. Pillows were awesome."

"Location was great- staff was helpful. My complaints are- rooms were musty and dusty. So, we left with stuffy noses and headaches. The second complaint is that the food for the breakfast bar was not stocked when it ran out 1/2 way through the allotted time for breakfast hours. So, for my family the pickings were slim to non."

"No toothpaste or shampoo so you make sure you bring your own. Otherwise it is a good place to stay."
