The TV only had one channel. No soap in bathroom or shower, and the orange juice at breakfast was sour fermented. The room was very clean and comfortable and the staff was great.

Nice stay

Nice updated room. Breakfast was great—excellent cheese omelets as opposed to scrambled eggs. Only thing I would recommend is having 2 chairs in the room as opposed to just 1 desk chair.

The staff are amazing and friendly, efficient and welcoming. The appearance while undergoing renovation was unpleasant with dirty sticky floors in the hallways and elevator on new floors and carpets and it stayed like that overnight. The bathroom was not fully clean (used washcloth hanging in the shower) and the floor was a little dusty with construction

They are redoing lobby. Kind of awkward with men using loud drills, etc,taking up old tile floors. Other than that, upstairs corridors and rooms were beautiful and up to date. Only complaint was it took about 5 minutes to get hot water.

The lobby and room were clean. We realize you are doing rennovations. The heat exchange in the room has several broken pieces and the tub is stained or the finish has worn off on the bottom. The noise outside from the highway made sleeping at times difficult....
